Age-appropriate Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense for kids ages 6–9 and teens ages 10–14, with training adapted to each student’s age and experience. Families from North Dundas, South Dundas, South Stormont, and nearby communities are welcome. See the service area.
Your first 7 days are free to see how the dojo works and try the training. A parent or guardian is welcome to stay and watch when helpful. Explore our Jiu-Jitsu programs before you book, or come with your questions and we’ll take it one step at a time.

This track helps students ages 10–14 handle peer pressure, stress, and real-world challenges through practical training. It builds calm confidence and adapts to each student’s experience.

Sport MMA brings together throws, grappling and striking with functional fitness and controlled sparring. It also includes the bi-weekly Friday Fight Night shown in the schedule.

Movement drills and games build coordination, balance, and focus.
